Position statement
1. Collect scientific and technological information based on the company's technology research and development direction, formulate the company's intellectual property planning and patent layout plan, and provide specific research and development route suggestions for the company;
2. Collect the patent information and literature information related to the company's products and technologies; collect the patent distribution, patent ownership and product research and development direction of competitive enterprises;
3. Communicate and discuss with research and development, organize, mine and layout the existing core technologies, mine and expand the technical solutions, and find alternatives and equivalent solutions and better solutions;
4. Put forward reasonable suggestions for the company's subsequent patent layout, application and potential infringement risk, carry out patent early warning work, and provide reference for the company's technology research and development direction;
5. Collect laws, regulations and systems related to patents issued by national and local governments;
6. Before the project approval of technology research and development, conduct patent literature search. In the process of project demonstration and research and development, carry out necessary tracking search; investigate the potential patent risks of product-related technologies, and formulate corresponding countermeasures;
7. Feasibility analysis of patent application, according to the project research and development results, research and development situation and various research and development results obtained, determine the technical scheme, and search of existing technologies;
8. Organize intellectual property writing training; inspire inventors to find the technical points that can apply for patents, and assist technical personnel to complete the writing and review of patent disclosure in time according to the progress;
9. Write intellectual property application materials, including but not limited to patent disclosure, claim, manual writing, etc., and review, revise and correct relevant materials;
10. Patent maintenance Write the intermediate reply documents for the patent application, reply to the examination opinions, review opinions, rejection opinions and other intermediate reply documents;
11. Responsible for monitoring the time limit of the response documents.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in medical devices or other related fields;
2. More than two years of working experience in pharmaceutical patent research, patent agent qualification certificate is preferred;
3. Familiar with various ways of medical information retrieval, strong literature retrieval ability, and skilled in using various databases; highly sensitive to industry and professional information, and can write evaluation reports according to the analysis results; familiar with professional English;
4. Strong language expression ability, keen information capture ability; good communication, coordination ability and pressure resistance ability, and team spirit.
