5. Participate in the evaluation of materials and process suppliers;
6. Responsible for the trial production of new parts of early products;
7. Manage the prototype design or the subcontracting process of the advance products;
8. Create the advance product design specification;
9. Support electroplating, PVD and other surface treatment engineers to beautify the products, and solve the yield and quality problems related to the substrate;
10. As a communication window with new product designers, expand the application of new materials, new processes, including surface treatment in new products;
11. Responsible for the layout design of materials and process laboratories and the design of fixtures, manufacturing equipment and equipment related to experiments.
1. College degree or above, major in industrial design, mechanical design and manufacturing;
2. More than five years of experience in product structure design and manufacturing, and must be familiar with product structure design;
3. Three years of experience in product design in small home appliances, digital and medical industries;
4. Familiar with AUTOCAD, PRO / E, PHOTOSHOP and other engineering design software;
5. Necessary oral English and writing skills.
